KITCHEN
Refrigerator:

❏ Dishwasher- Clean all interior and exterior surfaces
❏ Toaster and toaster oven-remove all crumbs and clean interior tray
❏ Coffee Maker- Clean and thoroughly dry filter basket and reservoir
❏ Keurig- Empty and clean water reservoir and drip tray
❏ Blender- Disassemble to make sure all parts are clean
❏ Hand Mixer- Make sure that hand mixer attachments are located with the mixer Cabinets/ Countertops/light fixture:
❏ Wipe down outside of all cabinets
❏ Empty cabinets, clean interior surfaces, then organize and replace the items ❏ Wipe down and dust the tops of the cabinets and any decor placed above the cabinetry ❏ Wipe down all kitchen surfaces including the backsplash
❏ Wipe down and remove any debris from the overhead fluorescent lighting fixture
General Cleaning that applies throughout the unit:
❏ Clean baseboards in all rooms (including closets)
❏ Use Magic Eraser to remove small scuffs on the walls
❏ Dust all walls (paying close attention to remove dust on walls near AC vents) ❏ Wipe down all vents
❏ Remove all rugs temporarily in order to sweep and mop under them ❏ Sweep, vacuum, and mop all floors (including underneath the furniture) ❏ Clean windows, window sills, and frames
❏ Dust ceiling fan blades and globes
❏ Dust light fixtures, lamp shades, wall hangings, and decorative items
Living and Dining Areas:
❏ Wipe down all tables, end tables, chairs and bar stools. Please note any stains on chairs, sofas, or pillows on the final page attached.
❏ Clean interior and exterior of all furniture (including inside of drawers) ❏ Make sure the sleeper sofa has an encasement (unless the mattress is fixed to the frame), and make sure EVERY sleeper sofa has a freshly laundered mattress pad. (This can be washed in the unit during the deep clean)
Bathrooms:
❏ Clean or replace shower liner if needed. If a replacement was used, initial here _____ ❏ Check shower curtains for stains.
❏ Clean all tubs and showers. (A bleach solution may be needed for grout and caulking.) If bleach doesn’t remove staining from the caulk, please note on the lines below. ❏ Clean toilets-pay close attention to the base and the floor and wall behind the pedestal ❏ Wipe out all bathroom cabinets and drawers
❏ Check the condition of the bathroom trash cans and recommend replacement if missing, cracked, rusted, or stained. Bathroom Notes:

Bedrooms:
❏ Make sure ALL beds, including the sleeper sofa, have a zipper encasement AND a freshly laundered mattress pad. (Mattress pads can be washed in the unit during the deep clean.)
❏ Make sure that every pillow intended for sleeping has a zipper encasement, including the 2 sleeper sofa pillows located in the master closet. Please note that pillows used for decoration that are inside of shams do not need zipper encasements. If pillow encasements need to be washed, they can be laundered in unit with the mattress pads.
❏ Check all bedding for stains or any other indication that it needs to be laundered. If bedding needs to be laundered, please request the backup bedding from an inspector ❏ Wipe down bed frames to remove dust.
❏ Remove bunk mattresses temporarily so that the bunk compartments can be vacuumed and wiped down
❏ Wipe down bunk ladder to remove the black scuffs. Use Magic Eraser if needed. ❏ Sweep and mop under all beds
❏ Move bedside tables so that they can be thoroughly swept and mopped underneath ❏ Organize closets by folding up blankets nicely and placing them in the zippered case if available
Laundry Rooms and Utility Closets:
❏ Clean exterior and hinge areas of the washer and dryer, as well as lint screens and inside all detergent dispensers
❏ Clean laundry room shelving and cabinets (if applicable)
❏ Clean between and around appliances (using vacuum attachment if necessary) ❏ Empty the vacuum
❏ Organize mops, brooms, and other cleaning items within the closet
❏ Clean utility closet door and floors
Doors and Patios:
❏ Wipe down the exterior of the front door
❏ Clean out the dirt that accumulates in the sliding door tracks
❏ Organize the beach cart, chairs, and umbrella and the deck box (if applicable) ❏ Throw away any broken beach toys such as buckets, rafts, frisbees or broken boogie boards. Generally, any broken items found in a unit are left for Coastal Vibe to pick up, but these items are an exception, so please discard them.
❏ Sweep exterior ceiling and wall surfaces to remove spider webs
❏ Clean all glass windows (inside and out)
❏ Thoroughly clean gas grill, if applicable
❏ Organize and wipe down all patio furniture
