What do you include in your starter supplies/amenities?
Why is shampoo and conditioner not included?
The supplies we provide are meant to enable the guests to have a few basics to get started, so they don't have to run to the store immediately. It is not meant to give them everything they need for the duration of their stay, although it usually does. Shampoo and conditioner are very messy to transport and more challenging than other starter supplies to order the same brand consistently. We have not found there to be a demand for shampoo and conditioner as a part of our starter supplies.
What quality are your starter supplies and amenities?
Our supplies are of high quality. Our paper products are double-ply, not single-ply. Our kitchen trash bags are stretchy and smell good. Our soaps and sponges are individually wrapped and fresh each time.
Can you provide my starter supplies instead?
Yes, we can, but it won't affect the pricing. We ask that you keep it on-site locked in an owner's closet and we'll submit order requests as needed.
