When do we bill you for cleans?

We send an invoice to you each week, on Sunday, for the work completed the previous Monday through that Sunday. For example, if you had cleanings on Monday, 3/22, Wednesday, 3/24, and Sunday  3/28, we would send one invoice for the week on Sunday 3/28 to include ALL the cleaning assignments during the pay period.

How do we bill you for cleans?

We send our invoices to your email each Sunday. Click the pay now button to pay with a credit card.

When does the invoice have to be paid by?

We highly encourage you to save a credit card on file so that we can charge your card each Sunday. This will automate your finances and ensure invoices are paid on time.
If you do not save a card on file, the invoice must be paid by 5pm Central on the Wednesday of that week. For example, if your invoice is sent on Sunday, 3/28, it would need to be paid by 5pm Wednesday, 3/31.

What happens if I am late to pay my invoice?

If you do not pay your invoice by Wednesday 5pm Central, there will be a 10% charge of the total value of the invoice. For example, if your invoice is $1,000, the updated invoice will be $1,100 if paid later.
