Can you assign the same cleaning pro to my property each time?
Our goal is to assign the same cleaning pro to your property each clean. There are situations where the cleaning pro is sick, has an emergency, has performed low, or cannot complete the assignment. We will assign a different cleaning pro for any of the above-mentioned situations.
Can I get the cleaning pro's phone number?
We do not encourage requesting a cleaning pro's phone number or offering yours. Our cleaning pros expect The Dream Clean Team to handle communications with clients and that is part of the reason they sign up with us, so they don't have to communicate with a third party. By offering your phone number or requesting theirs, it puts them in an uncomfortable position where they feel they "have to say yes". This leads to job dissatisfaction and potentially early job departure.
