What is our process for handling delivery concerns?

Thank you for placing your order for any items to be delivered to your unit. We highly value your commitment to maintaining the quality of your unit, and we would like to provide you with some information regarding the delivery and distribution process. Also, just letting you know, for the items that you'll be ordering and shipped to the facility it is important to place the "unit or property name" (might be a good idea to mention also here the unit names as listed in RC) on where it should go to prevent it from being missed or lost. Please note that NO unit name was placed, we will return the items within 10 days that we received them. We will not be liable for any loss or damaged items received and in transit to your unit, as please understand, these are special requests and not part of our program service. Please also let us know the estimated date of delivery so that we can notify the facility and if you could also please provide us with a specific location where to place them in the unit, that would be great.

Our dedicated receiving department operates diligently from Monday to Thursday. They promptly handle incoming deliveries, ensuring that your items are received and prepared for distribution during the next scheduled unit cleaning session. We understand the importance of keeping you informed every step of the way, and we will make sure to notify you once your item is being sent to your unit.



For deliveries received between Friday and Sunday, we guarantee that the items will be received no later than the end of the business day. However, if an item arrives on a Friday and the next scheduled clean is on a Monday, it may not be distributed until the following clean. Rest assured, we will make every effort to expedite the process and aim to distribute the item on that Monday. While we strive to accommodate these requests, immediate distribution cannot be guaranteed in such cases.



Alternatively, if an item arrives on a Tuesday and the next scheduled clean is on Thursday, it will be distributed without delay during that clean. We understand that attention to detail and care are of utmost importance to you, and our team values these qualities as well. By following this streamlined process, we ensure that your items reach your unit in a timely manner, providing you with the utmost convenience.
